Ticket Exchange / Ticket Return Policy

  • Please visit a Ticket kiosk for ticket returns and exchanges, or e-mail ben@toqueandbottle.com to change your reservation.
  • Reserved table packages can be exchanged for a different day if and only if exchanges are made by 4:00pm on the day prior to the original reservation date.
  • All changes to existing reservations are subject to table availability and approval.
  • Individual Bistro Tickets can be returned for a refund prior to 4:00pm on the day prior to the original reservation day. The web store surcharge will not be refunded for cancelled reservations.
  • Refunds will not be offered for unused Bistro Tickets.

Lost Ticket Policy

Please report lost Bistro Tickets to a Ticket kiosk, or e-mail ben@toqueandbottle.com. Lost tickets will be re-issued using the purchase receipt and a valid picture I.D. of the purchaser or authorized agent. When Bistro Tickets are re-issued, the original Bistro tickets will become null and void. Refunds will not be offered for unused Bistro Tickets.
