Q: Can I purchase Meal Plan tickets onsite?

A: Yes – There will be a limited number of tickets available for purchase onsite.

 

Q: Is there a deadline for purchasing Meal Plan tickets in advance?

A: October 20th, 2017

 

Q: Can I pay for my meal plan tickets by check?

A: Yes – During the checkout process, simply select “pay by check” and submit payment to the address provided. Payment should be submitted on or before October 20th, 2017.

 

Q:  What is the difference in the different price tiers for the meal plan tickets?

A: $400 – Wednesday 11/1 – Dinner; Thursday 11/2 – Friday 11/3: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner; Saturday 11/4 – Breakfast, Lunch & Banquet Dinner
$325 – Wednesday 11/1 – Dinner; Thursday 11/2 – Friday 11/3: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner; Saturday 11/4 – Breakfast & Lunch
$90   -- Banquet Dinner only

 

Q: Can I be invoiced for my meal plan purchases?

A: During the checkout process, “select pay by check.” There will be an invoice automatically generated by our webstore that will be emailed to you directly after completing the check out.


Q: How am I to receive my meal plan tickets?

A: Tickets will be available for Pick-Up ONLY. Tickets will not be mailed to you. You will receive an email with a full list of ticket pick-up instructions prior to the beginning of the conference.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All refunds must be requested by 3pm of the previous day. Same day refunds will not be accepted.

 

Q:  Does my registration include a meal plan ticket?

A: Your registration does NOT include a meal plan ticket, or any meals. Registration and meals are completely separate and require separate purchases.

 

Q: If I don’t purchase a meal plan ticket, will I still be able to view the programming in the meal rooms?

A: Yes, but you will not be seated with attendees who did purchase meal plan tickets.

 

Q: Am I allowed to bring outside food into the convention center?

A: You will NOT be allowed entry into the convention center with food that has been purchased outside of the convention center.

 

Q: When will the meals be served during the meal functions that include plenary sessions?

A: Please review the ABRCMS Schedule at a Glance for meal times.  Service of the meals will begin promptly at the set start times.  The associated plenary sessions will begin 45 minutes after the start of the meals.
